  • How Can I Pay By Phone?
    If you would rather pay your bill by phone, you can call us at 1-844-206-7872. This is an automated system that will guide you through the process of paying your bill through the phone. You will need your account number to pay over the phone, so have that number ready when you call. A common mistake is people want to use their phone number as their account number when they call. These are two different numbers, so be sure that you have your account number ready if you want to pay your bill over the phone.  
  • Do I Need A PIN?
    You will have a 4-digit PIN associated with your account when you call. The first time you call to pay your bill over the phone, your PIN will be the last four-digits of your social security number. You can change your PIN number after the initial call through the automated system.
  • What If I Forget My PIN?
    If you ever forget your PIN, you can call a Customer Service Representative at 620-724-8235 and they can help you through the process and give you a new PIN. It is important to know only authorized account holders are able to make changes to any Personal Identification Numbers associated with an account.
