On November 20th, between midnight and 8am, we will upgrade our satellite dish that receives the national feeds for many of your CKTV channels. During this time these channels will be dark. The good news is your local channels will NOT be affected. This upgrade will result in a much more reliable signal and a better overall customer experience for you.
To avoid any unnecessary troubles, DO NOT reboot your cable TV box during this time. There is nothing you need to do; your channels will return once the upgrade is finished by 8am. In the event of bad weather, the schedule may need to be adjusted accordingly.
